Straight Type Thermocouples are commonly used in different processes between -200°C to 2320°C. To Extend the thermocouple's lifetime, Proces conditions should be determined very carefully. With this, about thermocouple, it needs suitable component, insulator, exterior protector and interior protector should be chosen properly if its required.
TT01
The picture numbered thermocouples are metal protected. Metal protecters, depending on their diameters, use a A type or B type heads. Its a type without an union or a flange. When requested, union and flange are added to the special conditions digits. In this Type of thermocouples, component stranded tip mounted inside the metal pipe with an insulator. This type does not include an inset.
TT02
The picture numbered thermocouples are ceramic protected. The KER-610, KER-530 and KER-799, which used in high temperatures, are connected to the head with a ceramic protected tubes through the help of a retainer pipe. Could be mounted with a flange or a union when needed. As seen from the picture, the thermocouple's Immersion length starts from under the head.
TT03
The picture numbered thermocouples are with an inset type. Metal protected, connected with a bush. There is 120 mm between the head and the bush. Standard bush is ½. It is choosen to keep the head away from the procceses that head needs to stay away from.
TT04
Picture numbered thermocouple's only difference from the OT03 is there is 145 mm between the head and the bush.

The picture numbered thermocouples are a type that mounted inside the exterior protector pipe when thermoucouples OT03 and OTT04 used in the processes where the sheath must not be dismantled
