What Is A Resistance Thermometer
PT100 (Platinium Resistance Thermometers) can be used highly level accurately between the temperature range between 200°C’ to + 850°C. It is used in processes like machines, tanks, pipes, gas and liquid environments and surface measurement. The principle of temperature measurement is to measure platin's elemental resistance. Most commonly used resistance thermometer type PT100, has a durability of 100 Ohm at 0° and 138.4 ohm of resistance at 100°. When The small temperature range between the relation of temperature and resistance at PT100s taken into account, its close to being linear. For an example,if the range between  0°C and 100°C accepted as linear, the error at  50°C happens in due at  0,4°C. The newest definition for the relation between the temperature and resistance is made by International Temperature Standards with 90 (ITS-90).

TRT01

TRT01 The picture numbered Resistance thermometers are bushless straight type.
As default the B type head is used. It contains TRT04 type inset

TRT02

TRT02 Picture numbered resistance thermometer is a bushed type.
The standard bush is ½. Bush is mounted right under the head.
It contains a TRT04 type inset

TRT03

TRT03 Picture numbered Resistance thermometer is a bushed type.
The distance between the head and the bush is 145mm. Standard Bush is ½.
It contains a TRT04 type inset.
It is preferred in processes where the head needs to stay away from the connection bush.

TRT04

TRT04 Picture numbered Resistance thermometer is an inset type.
R/Ts generally use with an inset. Inset is a second protector placed inside the gear protector. PT-100 component inset is placed within the gear protector and fills the metal oxide powders. The used silver wire's tips until the component head fastened to the terminals. Then, The Instet is placed in the R/T's outer sheath. In the order, Inset lenght is written on the lenght digit.
