The possible delays in delievery of the imported product's at shipping and customs are not within the stated time in our deal. Also, our company is not responsible for the delays may be caused by the 3rd parties (like shipping and customs).
The valid payment terms are in the customers negotiated order confirmation. Unpaid invoices in their payment terms are accured by %6 contractual delay interest.
In case of the customer does not comply with the payment plan mentioned above and/or cancel their order for the product even it is not delievered/incomplete, They can countermand the order contract of Teksens Process Measurement Equipments co.ltd. one sided without notifiying. In this case, Teksen Proess Measurement Equipments co.ltd. will request %50 of the price for its losses as penalty clause payment from the customer(rights reserved). If the customer has made the term payment, Teksens Procces Measurement Equipments will save the price as a revenue. Customer can countermand from the contact while the product is not delievered and paying the product's %50 of its price as a return panelty to the Teksens Process Measurement Equipments co.ltd..

Invoice, is regulated depending on the TCMB's currency selling rate when the invoice is issued.
As long as the total payment for the invoiced product is not made ownership will belong to Teksens Procces Measurement Equiptments Co.Ltd..
